The Ministry Team Leaders are Rev. Jim and Sis. Terri Green. The Care Ministry Department comprises of the following caring and service oriented ministries:

- Funeral Repast - Sis. Verlene Smith, Team Leader
- Recreation - Bro. Robert Garlington, Bro. Gerald Anderson, Sis. Ava Houghton, Team Leader
The goal of the Care Ministries is to care for the disenfranchised, hurting, and or suffering individuals in our church and surrounding community through spiritual help, education, outreach, and service partnerships. We strive to pray and assist each and every person that enters into the doors of the Mount Calvary Baptist church with a loving and a caring spirit of helps. When we serve others we exemplify the core values of our church through the practices of people matter to God, Strong and healthy families, financial responsibility, Christian Discipleship and Education, leading individuals into a dynamic relationships with Jesus Christ, equipping them for service to God and Humanity; repeating the process, Evangelism and godly servant leadership where we strive to always serve others in the spirit of (Matthew 20:28 NIV), Just as the son of man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.
The Care Ministries is the heart and helping hands of the congregation.
