Business Administration Division
The Business Administration Division is responsible for executing business decisions consistent with strategic planning, organizational development, and overseeing the business affairs of the church. The division coordinates and directs the activities of employees and volunteers as well as supervises. It also coordinates activities of personnel relating to internal control required by our external auditors. The Business Administration Division oversees financial management, administrative support, technical support and human resources.
Discipleship Division
The Discipleship Division is responsible for the overall development, administration, and management of the educational and developmental ministries of the church. This division oversees, plans, develops and implements effective discipleship strategies that equip individuals for the work of the ministry. The Spiritual Formation Process begins in the division. The goal of the Spiritual Formation Process is to systematically develop and mature believers and equip them for service to God and humanity. Spiritual Formation includes Assimilation, Sunday School, Discipleship Classes, Small Group Studies, Leadership Institute, Children, Youth, & Collegiate Ministries and the Christian Education Hour at the Suisun Campus.
Evangelism / Mission Division
The Evangelism/Mission Division is responsible for the overall development, administration, and management of the evangelism and missions ministries of the church. This ministry oversees plans, develops and implements effective strategies that systematically equips and mobilizes members to lead individuals into a dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ. They are also responsible for exploring mission opportunities and keeping the church informed regarding potential and ongoing mission involvement.
Ministry / Fellowship Division
The Ministry/Fellowship Division is responsible for the overall administration of church ministry development, deployment, and fellowship; Is responsible for planning and coordinating church-wide ministry, encouraging the growth of spiritually healthy families consistent with the mission, vision and values of the church. Also provided is oversight for various church ministries, family ministry and fellowship affairs of the church and coordinates and directs the activities of workers in ministries/departments within the division.
Pastoral Care Division
The mission of the Pastoral Care Ministry (PCM) is to serve as a conduit in the spiritual development of individuals and families. PCM fosters spiritual maturity through trained and professional listeners and counselors, offering a sensitive and confidential environment. PCM works with and supports our Pastor in a continuing process to cherish and care for members of our congregation.
Worship & Arts Division
The Worship and Arts Division exists to create an atmosphere conducive to celebration, praise, and worship through biblically sound usage of music, fine arts, audio/video enhancement, multimedia reproduction technology, and fine arts education. This mission will be carried out in concert with the expressed vision God has given to the Pastor and the church’s overall mission to lead individuals into a dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ and to equip them for service to God and humanity.
